We are thrilled to be a part of your special celebrations and are committed to providing you with exquisite cakes that are as delightful to the taste as they are to the eyes. To ensure a seamless experience for both parties, please take a moment to read through our Terms and Conditions.

Order Placement

To ensure that we can meet your needs, we kindly request that all orders be placed at least  21 days in advance for larger orders or special occasions, we recommend booking even earlier. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon confirmation of your order to secure your booking.

Customisation

At Adelaide Creative Cakes, we believe every cake should tell a story. We welcome custom designs and flavours! Please provide specific details about your vision, and we will do our utmost to bring it to life. Note that any changes to the order must be communicated at least  3 days  prior to your pickup or delivery date.

Tasting

Indulge in the delightful experience of our cake tasting! While we don’t offer in-person tastings due to our home-based business model, we have the perfect solution for you: our exquisite tasting box! For just $80, you’ll receive a selection of four different, mouthwatering cake varieties. It’s the perfect way to find your favorite flavor for your custom cake. Pick-Up and Delivery

Cakes can be picked up from our location at a scheduled time. For your convenience, we also offer delivery within a specified radius for an additional fee. Please ensure someone is available to receive the cake; once it leaves our premises, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or mishaps that occur during transportation.

Allergy Information

Your safety is paramount. We use a variety of ingredients, and while we take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our cakes are free from allergens. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when placing your order.

Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Should you need to cancel your order, please contact us at least seven days prior to your scheduled pickup or delivery date for a partial refund (excluding the deposit). Cancellations made less than seven days in advance will forfeit the entire payment.

Liability

While we strive for perfection, we cannot be held responsible for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. We recommend that all cakes be consumed within 48 hoursn for optimal freshness.
